In line with efforts to refine the content strategy of the Google Ads Help Center, I performed an audit of the content alongside testing the Google Ads tool available to users.

Notable results

  • Updated microcopy on the Google Ads tool to make interactions with users easier.

  • Flagged and corrected inconsistencies between user guides and actual Google Ads user interface behavior, or where text was unclear or inaccurate. Revised documentation and articles that were cross referenced.

  • Advocated for visual design cues to aid the user in comprehension.
