In line with efforts to refine the content strategy of the Google Ads Help Center, I performed an audit of the content alongside testing the Google Ads tool available to users.
Notable results
Updated microcopy on the Google Ads tool to make interactions with users easier.
Flagged and corrected inconsistencies between user guides and actual Google Ads user interface behavior, or where text was unclear or inaccurate. Revised documentation and articles that were cross referenced.
Advocated for visual design cues to aid the user in comprehension.
